Founder & Principal Joiner
Twenty-six years at the bench, trained in Copenhagen and Kyoto. Elias still prototypes every staircase personally and insists on hand-planed show surfaces.
Maya Chen
Design Lead
An architecture graduate who speaks fluent builder. Maya turns briefs and plans into buildable drawings, samples schemes in clients’ light and writes our journal guides.
Jonas Feld
Workshop Manager
Runs the shop floor like a quiet orchestra — machining schedules, dry assemblies and the quality gate nothing passes without clearing. Cabinetmaker for nineteen years.
Ana Ruiz
Finishing Specialist
The last hands on every project. Ana mixes oils and lacquers for the room they will live in, and teaches every client to care for their finish at handover.
