Measure & Plan
We visit, laser-survey and listen. You receive a written brief, budget range and programme within five working days. Site measure is credited against your project.
Week 1 · Site visit · 2 hours
Design & Select
Scaled drawings, 3D views and real timber samples approved in your light. Fixed quotation with staged payments — the price we sign is the price you pay.
Weeks 2–4 · Drawings · Samples
Craft & Build
Machined precision, hand finishing and full dry assembly in our Portland shop. Photo updates weekly; workshop visits welcome any Friday.
Weeks 5–12 · Build · QA gate
Install & Refine
Fitted by our own team with dust control, snagged on the spot, then a walkthrough, care kit and written guarantee. We return after 30 days to check settling.
Final weeks · Fit · Handover

Quoted from approved drawings. Changes are priced in writing before work proceeds — never after.

A named principal from first visit to final snag, reachable directly throughout.
Clean sites
Dust extraction, floor protection and a broom-clean room every evening. Homes with children and pets welcome.
